Responsibilities
- Develop customer resources through various channels, maintain existing customers, and achieve business goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, business negotiations, contract signing, delivery follow-up, and payment collection.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
- Continuously improve service professionalism to meet or exceed corresponding capability requirements.
Requirements
- Outgoing personality, willing to face challenges, and good at communication.
- Proactive work attitude, strong execution, and good teamwork skills.
- Enthusiasm for the translation industry, strong responsibility, and teamwork spirit.
- Good English reading and writing skills, experience in the translation or localization industry is preferred.
